A. Called to Order at 4:30 p.m.
B. Minutes
Approve minutes from November 10, 2015 meeting.
Motion by Black to approve as presented, seconded by Bromage. Motion carried

1. North dock
Harbormaster informs committee of progress on the North dock addition. The project should be on schedule, with bids out in December and closing in January. Total completion of project is scheduled for May.
2. Seal Harbor hoist
The Harbormaster has contacted an engineer, who has said the preliminary engineering work will be two thousand dollars. Motion by Savage to approve the expenditure, seconded by Fernald. Motion carried.
3. Sailing center floats
The sailing center will not be hauling the floats into the Marina parking lot.
